Threats

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I am appalled at the level of attitude and the way you deal with your customers via the contact centre.<br> <br> I received calls and emails with a threat stating that I?m at risk with my foschini account just because a paid a small amount for one damn month, do me a favour check my payment history before sending me such non sense, I?m one of the customer that never skips a payment so get off my back.<br> <br> Please do not send me emails regarding my account ever again as i am well aware of it.<br> <br> Ps. If this continues i'll definitely notify the papers.
