This was disrespectful

I make a call to foschini goldfields mall the guy who answered the phone was so rude I asked him about the shoes because I Google in the app if their have that shoes then I see it's only 1 pair for size 13 that he was so unprofessional when he answered the phone he asked what do you want 😡I asked him about the shoes he just put me on hold the I try to call again he answered the phone and hang up the phone yoh this was disrespectful
