This Is Harrasment!

I have asked countless times for my cellphone number to be removed from your database as MY cellphone number no longer belongs to the account holder, I constantly get told by the call center agent that an email is being sent to their manager/IT/whatever to get my number removed yet I am still receiving phone calls and sms's. I have given you the current contact number of the account holder and I get told the system will be update but guess what? I'M STILL GETTING PHONE CALLS!
