THIS IS A COMPLAIN

this retail group has a bad customer service, i had a bed experience where you have have top do their job for them

i purchased a product with American Swiss and since 3 months ago, its been booked in with their repair center ever since, i asked for credit/refund and they have the nerve to tell me that there's nothing they do. i mean what the hell. when you call the customer service center it's all talk but no action.

this guys are corn artiest, I've begging for my refund and still no action done. i have email trails and phone conversation. !!PLAESE IF YOUR READING THIS, DON'T EVER MAKE A PURCHASE WITH THIS RETAIL GROUP, IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT.. PLEASE CLOSE IT. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS.!!
