I had a Foschini account in 2007/2008 I had problems keeping the payments up to date, however the account was settled. My name was even removed from ITC. However I received a call yesterday from debt collectors saying that Foschini requested them to recover the outstanding fees. I think Foschini is selling debt that was settled in order to make more money. This is unacceptable conduct, if this is not rectified i will seek help from the Law Society.
