They put the phone down in your ear

Foschini : Lets start in the middle of the year they phone d me every single time at 4 pm or 5 pm and then talks in the back ground or puts the phone down in your ear . so I started complaining about it and they stop not even for a month and start doing the same thing over and over . they phone you and you are paying with your account for that phone call that they make to you. they cant even tell you that when then they phone and they are rude and do not now what's going on around them there . the customer is always right and need to be respectful .
