Theft, quality

I inboxed you guys on Facebook on the 1st July with no response. Firstly I bought over R900 items cash at your canal walk store on the 27th June 2019. Firstly, I felt like I was a ******** to say the least. I was in between floors looking stuff and your staff member asked me to leave my make up items while I went down to the jewelry section, why? Most people were up and down between floors but it was a problem because I did it by the way, I paid cash for all my items. Secondly I bought Mac foundation and evens got a sample a week before to make double sure that it's still my colour and I bought a bottle of it just to realize it's the same colour but was more yellow undertone which miss matched my skin completely after using it. Thirdly I bought 2 pairs of earrings and when wearing the one pair for the second time it broke, like how is it that evens possible??? Fourthly I bought the 2 pack of opaque Pantihose, ***** the one pair once only to see that there is a kinda ripped mark on it I didn't wear it again and clearly wasted my money. I will attach my slip and I want canal walk management to call me and get this sorted out for me. I would of probably taken the bag of items and thrown it on the canal walk store counter hence me not going to store first. I would like this resolved ASAP.
