THE WORST SERVICE EVER
This is one of the worst service I received, I submitted my claim for my phone through Foschini at Westgate mall which is the store my mother bought the phone from and took insurance with.
Since the 30th September 2018 when I submitted my claim, until to this day we still have not received any thing. There are stories after stories and no sense of urgency for the matter.
This is annoying, apart from the slow service they provide in the shop. Its the worst.

So its not only the staff at the store that is *********** but the management as well.
