The worst, most disgusting attitude ever

Hi,<br> I would like to complain about the terrible service I received from one of your employees at the Mall of the North in Polokwane this past weekend, 03 May 2015. Her name being Stephina. I returned a jumpsuit having purchased it using my cheque card. When she reversed the transaction she reversed my funds back into my account. I told her this is not a credit card and you do that only for credit card transactions. She rudely grabbed my card from me and shouted rudely that this is a credit card cause it is written visa. And I told her its not a credit card, she then called another lady and they shouted at me telling me that at Foschini every time you swipe with a bank card, no matter what type of card it is, whether it is credit or debit they reverse the funds back into the customers account. Which shocked me because I have returned something in your Midrand branch and they asked what type of card I used, then they treated it as a cash transaction. When I asked this lady when the funds will be reversed into my account she rudely rep**** 'I don't know'. I really did not understand why I was receiving all this attitude, as if I had no right to ask that question. Very disappointed
