The truth about Foschini

Why is foschini still selling mobicel handsets after numerous complaints about their handsets from clients . A month later my device won't switch on and if it decides to switch on it freezes for hours . Recall the phones and give me back my money . Now they telling me I need to return the device to the store for repairs . Whose money must I use to get to the store and whose phone should I use while I wait for the phone to be repaired . Its only been a month and I'm certain the CEO of this trashy device company doesn't even use one of these phones they manufacture so does the employees. I want my money back
