The shoes from hell

I purchased a pair of beautiful heels at foschini Rosebank for a function. The heels were loose I lost my balance. It doesn't end there upon removing the shoes i had blisters under my feet. I returned the shoes after 1 wear to the store it took me 45 minutes for the store manager to tell me shouldn't be exchanging them or refunding as the heel is not loose. She didn't even try them on she told me the heels are fine. She then tells me she acting on instruction from her manager that never spoke to me instead I'm supposed to call him since he's not based at the store. Whose the customer here. No one should ever buy foschini branded shoes the brand is useless leaving you with blisters. I'm going to make sure I share pictures of my blisters and the video of me twisting my ankle. Next stop ombudsman. Customer service at foschini is nonexistent
