The grove terrible!!!

I went to foshini centurion on saterday looking for clothes..As we saw one top they didnt have the correct size and we asked if they could phone and find out where they have the applicable size..The grove mall had the correct size and said they would keep it out..yesterday i was unable to get the top so i thought i will phone foshini in the grove to ask them to still keep it out as i will come and buy it today.. first of all they didmt have a clue what we asked and had to explain what it looked like for almost 20 minutes..Eventually Mandy assissted me and said she will keep it out.. Today i went there to buy the top with my mother in law account card.. The lady did not want to assist me because of ***** etc...i totally understood the statement but i asked her is there something else i can do ,can she give consent over the phone or write a letter or whatever because the top is needed for a wedding this weekend .. the lady refused to listen and told me to bring my mother in law to the grove.First of all they live far from where i live..she asked me because she does not have a car and i live very close to the grove.. Im so iritated about the whole situation because how am i suppsse to get her to the grove???? Not even a letter with an original id will work?? So tell me what the hell must i do???!!!
