The Foschini Group-shop soiled items received

I shopped on line and collected my parcel from the Sportscene store this afternoon. Got home and to my shock, shoes not even packed in a box, shop soiled and scuffed. Called customer services, and no one wants to help me sort this out. All I need is a brand new pair. Surely, TFG are not in the business of palming off used clothing to customers and thinking this is okay? Shocking. P*** Can TFG help sort this out?
