The Foschini Group is just the worst! I have requested an account to be closed

The Foschini Group is just the worst! I have requested an account to be closed. We were informed that the account can't be closed because there is an amount that needs to be paid out to us. We completed the forms and submitted it to Foschini Mimosa Mall. This was in December 2021. To this date we have not received any payment and now we received a statement from Foschini that we need to pay. I will not pay anything further on this account due to The Foschini Group's incompetence.
