The Foschini Group is *********** and are *******s!!

OMW!! Been trying to close my account with foschini! I paid their outstanding balance owed finally, this after they increased my credit limit annually WITHOUT my CONSENT!! Mind you, I even called them to request that it be taken back down to its original amount from when I opened it which was R8000. They said it would be done, but guess what? Didn't happen? It was still the damn R1000 until I decided to close it. OK, now when I call I get put on hold for minutes in end when they finally return they tell me that it'll be closed on the 12th of next month which they said the previous month!! Honestly can't deal with such nonsense after keeping up with it for years.
