The foschini group

I failed to make make payments for a couple of months then i was handed over to a dept collecting company, i then settled the account via the dept collectors and they sent me a payed up letter. the problem is on my credit record it says i have a outstanding balance of R1099 from foschini and this amount is increasing monthly. i contacted the dept collectors and they said if they've sent me a payed up letter then their job is done now it is left to foschini to finish up. Ive been contacting foschini for the past 3 months they were responding before saying they looking into it but now they completely ignoring me, i dont know what to d anymore. The administrators that said they looking into the matter are AGNES HEUNIS, GOUWAH SLAMAT and Lucretia Gali
