The Foschini Group Being **********

This is my first time posting on Hello Peter. When i saw rate this business i wanted to give Foschini a 1 star. I am Really disgusted by the poor service but because i worked there before for almost 4 years i gave them another star. i had a staff account at Tfg. When i resigned my account was settled with my pension.They deducted the remaining balance from my provident/pension payout and my account was closed.Problem is some how i still have an account and a balance with this company.This **** balance is really messing up my credit score. I Resigned and closed my account in December.I Already spoke to the staff accounts department,customer service department etc. They Keep transferring my call and cant assist me.
