The Foschini Group AKA The Foschini Circus

Literally the worst customer service i have ever experienced from a brand. The call centre agents are useless. I literally called out 100s of Rands of airtime to find out where an order of mine is and i heard 101 different answers from call centre staff. They respond to emails with generic responses. And now im at a point where these fools dont want to cancel the order and refund my money. Its almost a month that im out of pocket. Im over this brand and the circus that they are running. Also Shenay at Somerset call, thanks for telling me, you were "TOO BUSY" to give me feedback regarding my order. Also another useless bunch.
