THE CASHIER WAS RUDE, NOT HELPFUL AND BAD ATTITUDE
I WENT TO THE STORE TO DO AN EXCHANGE THE CASHIER BY THE NAME OF ISHMAEL WHO WORKS AT FOSCHINI AT ELOFF & PRESIDENT STREET DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE VALUES OF THE THE SHOP ("TCF") THEY SHOULD TEACH THE STAFF? AND SHOULD STOP SWEARING AT CUSTOMERS ? THE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO WANT THE JOBS? AND PEOPLE ARE PLAYING WITH IT? ISHMAEL BELONG TO THE STREET NOT IN RETAIL STORE?
