This compliment is linked to my recently posted complain on my shopping experience with @home. Yes I am very furious, yes I still believe you did a poor job developing your online experience but your call centre agents went an extra mile (even though I still don't have my parcel). I'd like to thank Cara/Kara and Waseem. I've been an absolute nightmare to them everyday since Tuesday, they have done their best to help me and they have kept a great attitude towards trying to resolve this issue. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it. I'm not happy about not receiving my order but hey you tried.
