Thank You

After resorting to hello Peter (which I love) to complain about the bad service I recieved from Foshini, and endless calls and emails to the complaints department, my sandals were exchanged. I recieved excellent service, patience and kindess from the store manager at campus sqaure auckland park. Her name is Portia, and her undertsnading melted my heart. Thank you very much Portia and thank you to Foshini for the speedy recourse. I really hope I never have to experience such bad service from any foshini store ever again, it really left a bad taste in my mouth, but I am thankful to the staff who assisted me and had so much patience in doing so.
