TGF App Error

I complained about this App last week. Buying goods and not receiving them!! how long must I wait? Its really annoying that they find the matter unacceptable but still do nothing to rectify their errors. I guess they find joy in ripping loyal customers off like this. Can I please get my airtime because you billed me for it, going to add interest on it and expect me to pay for it!!! Im really sick of this now!!
