TFG TOTALSPORTS IS JUST PATHETIC WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have placed an order on the 19 March 2020 and on the 17 June 2020 after so long I get told the courier company lost my parcel. Therefore I will be refunded whereas the same parcel is still available at Totalsports. The Foschini group has also a habit of canceling orders without informing the customer. They again canceled my other order. TFG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC
