Be sure to check your statements each month. To be quite honest I normally just look at the account summary and aim to pay whatever amount is due. If there is *****ulent activity happening on your account it is YOUR responsibility to find the problem and inform them. This is even if TFG themselves commit ***** on your account. Somebody at TFG decided to activate some or other online magazine on my account without my authorisation. When I called they said it’s my responsibility to check the account. All they are willing to tell me is that it’s been active since May 2023, but my February 2023 statement also has this same charge on it. Gershwin at the call centre was certainly quite helpful but his hands are tied with how much he can help. I was told that they will reimburse me for 3 months of the charge but nothing more. Really? Are times so bad that you would ***** from your own clients? Sies! They can’t even provide me with the recording of my acceptance of this subscription. Whenever they phone to sell me something I say no thank you. So now I have to live with the fact that TFG stole from me and there is nothing I can do about it except smile and wave.
