TFG should change its name to ******s

I have been arrears with Foschini no doubt about it , but how if I'm paying monthly and not come down from the balance owing what shady organization are you people running. and how is my account double of what my credit allocation was , I've been paying and paying but the balance remains the same I've gone through my account statements and somehow that balance just remains the same. You want to offer accounts and stuff to everyone but when that person is down you want to keep them there , if you reading this avoid the TFG group as they will nail you till you don't have a cent left cause you balance will remain
