TFG Rewards is a ****!

So we get a movie voucher as a reward but when trying to book the voucher doesn't work. I then check with Nu Metro only to be told the voucher has already been used.

When sending a query to TFG rewards they respond with a simple "rate our service" but do not tend to our query at all.

Absolutely ridiculous.
