Tfg online shopping

I brought a Clinique 3 step cleanser online, upon delivery I just got 1 item in the box, I called the customer care line they promised to fix it. They tried to but to only sent me the item that i have. I did contact them since April 11 till today my matter is not yet resolved. Tfg online shopping has dissatisfaction me big time
