TFG online shop ( Foschini)

Hi 3 weeks back on the 20th of June 2020 I ordered a pair of boots with Foschini TFG online shop. On the 4th of July I sent them an email enquiring about the status of my order. Today on this day 11 July 2020 I receive a email from them that they have received cancellation order for P*** and I should receive my refund of R499 between 3/10 working days.. I've tried to get ahold of them via phone they don't pick up. This is really an inconvenience because I paid them via credit card cash and on time and I didn't send them any directions that I want to cancel my order. To my surprise I find that shocking email from them.
