TFG Online - Refund

I placed an online order on 29th November 2019, which was subsequently cancelled by TFG. I made contact with TFG following up on the status of my refund and was informed it would reflect within 3-10 business days. Today is the 29th December 2019 and I am yet to receive my refund. BH
