Tfg online profile is horrible it doesn’t work! I have tried numerous of times with no satisfaction!

I have tried several times and also called in multiple times I have also sends email but with no joy. My online profile doesn’t seem to be working from the time I have created it each and every time it gives me the technical error. I have called the call centre and consultants had deleted my profile and asked me to re register but it’s the same which makes it extremely difficult to track orders etc! Tfg technical support is really up to no good. Just a waste of time.
