TFG Online Items Return Collection Sucks!!!!!!!!

i have purchased items online and the delivery was good i have to say, but now i have items that i need to return due to size that i picked for my wife, the collection of the returnables items its been three weeks now waiting for them to be collected. i keep receiving sms promising that fedex will come collect the next day for the past three weeks.......that is such a bad services but when you miss one payment they very quick to call and ask about payments while their online services sucks. i have wasted my airtime calling them for the past three weeks, whose going to repay my airtime? this services sucks...... very disappointing.
