TFG Online delivery

I've placed an online order with Foshini on 27 November 2020. Which was a Christmas gift for my daughter. To date I have not the parcel, when I tract it online it just states that its with the courier for delivery. I've complaint to them, they've send me a R200 voucher for the inconvenience. I would just like my parcel, this is ridiculous!!!!!
