TFG Is Ruining handed my account to a ******* company Hammond Pole

I feel really *****ed by TFG by handing over my account to Hammond Pole attorneys that company Good day I have a problem with my debt collection company they keep changing my balance and increasing it and I'm making payments every month at first it was 4000,83 and miraculously it increased with R400 they claim the fees are from emails they send me and calls which of are always errors and they end up apologising and i must pay for their mistakes TFG should look into this this company is some sort of a ****. Those agents are *********** schmucks worse of them is the 1 on whatsapp.
