Tfg insure service is pathetic!

I registered a claim for my samsung ****** cellphone, the seconds weekend of March, we are now on the seconds week of April ,I'm still waiting for TFG insure to call me back, I keep following up and I'm told that they don't have the details of stole n but I'm paying my premium monthly and on time .imagine not having a phone for a month!
