TFG insurance a second time offline at Foschini Cape Gate

Please assist in insuring my second device purchased yesterday. This is the second time I am enquiring in-store with the same answer'Off-lone'.

I was impressed with the service of the replacement of my ****** phone, and when my spouse saw the phone i didn't even think of, when replacing my handset, she admired it so much that she wanted me to get one for her. As I mentioned in my previous review update. The replacement was in good time,since we depend on our phones these days to carry us. So now I just want to ensure that our belongings are insured for events beyond our control. Please assist by calling me directly to get the handset I purchased for my wife insured. I thanks you for the service this far,but the offline issue needs work,it's costing me time,travel & money. Thanks
