TFG INSURANCE

Hello peter<br> <br> I have insured my phone with TFG after they contacted me for insurance of my handset. And I have informed them that my handsets are covered with EDCON. And I don't have any issues. They promised me that TFG will replace any handset covered with any handset of same value of my choice.<br> <br> At a later stage of claiming, the TFG claim form states that they will replace handset with the handset was covered for (same type) if is still on Market, if not on market they will give me an option of taking any handset of the same value I was covered for. I have disagree with that. And Sales-person told me to sign documents just to process the claim, and I have a contract with them, they will rule out of contract, not out of claim form. Claim form is just a procedure. Now they changing claim form to be a contract between me and TFG.
