TFG head office very bad service

I had an account and i went to one of their stores to settle the account i was told the whole balance is R10404.00 which i pad in full and i asked the lady at Metlife Port Elizabeth to close the account I told het that i never subscribed to a sports magazine and if i did they TFG must send me proof because i never signed for any magazine nor did i ever receive the magazine in the post or electronically i filled in dispute for a few weeks ago and up until today no feedback the lady that emailed me the balance or settlement is Ms Khanyisa Figlan they even said i can request a settlement letter after the 13 April i am stil waiting for that to be emailed to me now today i get an sms saying i am stil owing TFG R59.00 PLUS R35 FOR THE MAGAZINE is that now fair
