TFG group - conducting business in bad faith

I am totally disappointed by the TFG group business conduct. Accounts are opened for students who do not have a regular income nor allowances. I recently discovered that SportScene opened an account for my son who has no income nor monthly allowance (still a student). It would be interesting to know on what grounds do these retailers open accounts for students who do not even have a monthly allowance? Now that this account is in arrears (which was bound to happen), the next thing that this retailer will do is to blacklist the student due to the bad credit record. This will result in the student being unable to secure employment after graduation. What kind of South Africa are these retailers contributing to? Today, how many graduates are unable to secure employment due to this dilemma? These students should really be protected from this greedy act. They work very hard to achieve their goals for these creditors to mess up their lives like this. Most of these students are not even aware of these consequences. Going back to my case. As a parent, I am willing to take responsibility for this one account on condition that TFG closes the account immediately after I pay off the outstanding amount.

I just feel that I have to save this one naive child's future, but I really think that credit bodies can assist in saving more students, they can even put measures in place to stop this dilemma before it causes further damage.

My expectations from TFG is as follows: - Assign someone who is able to give me a balance for account number ********** ********** 99668 and who will also be able to close this account immediately after I send them proof of payment, without sending me from pillar to post.
