TFG Group are *********** and useless

I have made orders from Markham, Totalsports and Sportscene in the last month and have been met with nothing but inconvenience. Their sites are terrible and slow, but the main problem is their delivery of items. The Foschini Group have a new, quite idiotic system of stating that an item is in stock, even if they have no online stock. If they do not have online stock, they will then try to find stock at retailers. This is incredibly misleading and time consuming, as I had to wait 3 weeks for a turtleneck from Markham, that I didn’t even end up receiving, leading to me cancelling the order. It was the last straw when today, without notice, Totalsports cancelled my order for a hoodie that I purchased on sale. I ordered a large champion hoodie on the 26th. There was no indication of it being out of stock, so they gladly took my money. Today, after seeing my order had been cancelled, I assumed it was a mistake, but called the TFG group anyway. I was then told that they did not have online stock when I made the order, so they tried to find store stock. When they couldn’t find stock, they simply cancelled my order without notice. My experiences as of late with this group have been wasted of time and money. Stop misleading your customers and just say the item is out of stock.
