TFG - FOSHINI - ACCOUNT

My grandmother has passed away on 21 November 2020. Foshini is still calling to collect monies although I notified them of her passing. They are bothering from 7am in the morning till late at night. I asked them to please calling but they just don't stop. Now they want her copy of ID and death certificate which I cannot obtain. I said that I would pay the account to leave me alone but they still call. She has not even been dead for 3 weeks and I am still in an emotional state she she played the role of my mother. PLEASE JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!
