TFG/FIN RITE THE WORST

I had a TFG account, which had cellphone insurance on. I then sttled the account and had it cancelled in store at Foschini N1 City in November 2015. I was assured by the gentleman that the account would now be blocked and within two days the insurance would be cancelled. Its now almost 3months later and im still getting notice letters from Foschini saying I owe them money. I was told to call finrite the insurance company responsible for the cancellation. I did contact them and then cancelled telephonically. About two weeks later i got another letter stating i still owe them money. My credit record is now being affected as they have not resolved my requests to cancel on more than one occasion. I am now fed up and I want answerd and this problem resolved ASAP. If not I will repeatedly be forced to post on Hellp Peter about this matter
