TFG don't care about their clients they are Selfish
My name is Shirmonique Coetzee my email address is ********** I bought my first phone at Hi opened an account at Hi I am paying the account so well even on the account it says my status is good but went for an increase on my credit and was denied I don't get it this company is full of **** and can't wait to pay it off and cancel the damn thing I wouldn't even advise my family to go shop at this store not even a stranger or a friend worst experience ever and I thought so highly of them never ever missed a payment even pay double when I feel like it but now I have had it with Hi store

22 Nov 2018, 18:26You people said to give you two working days no one has gotten back to me yet this company is just an apic fail serious I regret opening this account never thought it would be such a struggle to get an increase to get a new account I never miss a payment and I sent all the necessary details for the increase so that I can get a new phone I get a salary of R7800 I can afford to pay for this account but no I was rejected and now no one is getting back to me I regret opening this company and I would never recommend this company or any other company that falls under it
