TFG Device Insurance Policy Cancellation Request , No Email Customer Service Response .

I have made contact with Foschini Group Ltd group via email at *** to cancel my cellphone insurance. This email has been found on their website and yet they act unresponsive . I have made contact with them on Aug 15, 2021, 1:56 AM (7 days ago) and haven't received any feedback or acknowledgment of email received as yet and its the 22 Aug 2021 already . I am really appaulled by their level of Customer Service . I am being impacted financially and I feel as if Foschini Group Ltd group is doing nothing about assisting me regarding my request of cancellation.
