I would just to commend the exceptional service received from Sandile at your Foschini store at Fourways Mall on 3rd October 2021. We were there to purchase perfumes and 3 ladies assigned to that department had no interest in assisting us, they seemed more concerned about chatting amongst themselves! But Sandile, who was not even assigned to that department, stepped in when we were about to pay to assist with all the specials available and actually saved us money which also allowed to purchase more items. He is an asset to your store and I will be back only because of him. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU SANDILE!! Please can you also speak to your other staff, namely the ladies at the perfume section, they clearly have no interest in assisting clients or bringing in business for your store.
