TFG CONFUSIONS

Im writing a complaint with TFG i app**** for a store card and sent all the documents they have asked for my banking statements my payslips and yet i kee getting constant sms from them requesting the same documents and telling me my card wil expire i have no card and it is really an inconvience for his process to be taking longer then a whole damn month please sort your department out because it is a mess and unorganized
