TFG charging hidden fees

So how about this. Currently the country is going through a huge economic crisis due to COVID, however TFG group decides to charge clients on stuff that was never their before. So they charged me 3 sms (R2.80 each) and 2 Calls (R20 each). Can I please have assistance from a senior for this bull**** charge that was placed onto the account without my consent
