TFG Cellphone Insurance

You guys are just a bunch of ****** together with your cellphone insurance provider.

I bought a dual sim phone at fochini centurion, I used one sim between two devices. The cellphone has two IMEI numbers. The cellphone is lost. I called my othr srvc prvdr to blcklst the phone, I gave both IMEI numbers nd the consultant said they can pick up IMEI 2 nd proceeded to blacklist the phone, there was only one sim card at the time the phone was lost. After having filed a claim I am informed that I must blacklist phone on IMEI 1, this is a major inconvenience because there was only one sim at the time of loss, I have two devices. Now I am expected to blacklist the only number im left with

I have a family, kids, a job I can not afford to do that. Your consultant at the store told me this is an isolated incident they never have incidents like this, what is the point of having two IMEI numbers if you will only recognise one. If this is an isolated incident there must be willingness to deviate from standard procedure. I have provied the affidavit ITC ref and case number.

If a phone has two IMEI numbers and you can only pick up one, where does the other one belong?
