TFG card block nightmare

I always LOVED my TFG card, I never had a problem and service was great THEN I made a online purchase in August. My cell automatically block spam calls and Foschini tried to call me to confirm my order, my phone blocked the call. Foschini decided that it was a possible ********** transaction but still processed and delivered the order but then blocked my card! I have been sent from pillar to post, from phoning client care to going into a store with my ID but still card is blocked. I was so angry, I went into the Foschini store on Saturday, the lady phoned client care and they asked to speak to me for security reasons. I was asked security questions and one was an address that I had to answer if I ever stayed there, but the lady could not pronounce the address so what to answer? Then there was the question about what clothing accounts do I have, I answered and then Foschini asked if I have a Makro or Game card, that is NOT a clothing card. So apparently I did not pass and I was told to bring 3 month bank statements and my ID and I must sent is to forensics - no address was given. So I phoned client services again to get the address, I was then told that it is only my most recent bank statement and ID and I need to go to the brand shop with whom I hold the card for, the store will then send the documents to forensics. And I just want to get a straight answer, WHAT MUST I DO? Clearly if I was the ***** I would not phone constantly, go into the store with the ID they have on record, the online purchase is the same purchase I make regularly on my account. So the transaction was not suspicious! And what is the most puzzling, Foschini did not stop the order until confirmation was received, no they deliver and charge my account THEN proceed to block it!
