TFG BEAUTY LET DOWN!!!

Dealing with TFG/ Foschini Beauty has been a nightmare. I bought Cologne for R2000. I have been given incorrect waybill numbers, to being told that the tracking number does not exist. to being told that the courier does not know where to deliver when the invoice clearly has the correct address.

I have always received my orders way before delivery time previously and at times make a big order with colleagues. I have never received this POOR service before and it completely ruined my partner's birthday surprise.
