TFG @ Home ruined my father’s birthday

We ordered an air fryer for my fathers 75th birthday from TFG @Home The order was just cancelled on the day of delivery which is my fathers 85th birthday and we were forced to reorder. I called and was told they cannot prioritise the order so deliver will be made next week. My fathers birthday has been ruined. No compassion at all from the call centre just a monotonous reiteration of policy. I was then directed to their rating system. When I pressed a 2 to say I was unhappy for each question it said “ That is not a valid selection “. Strangely pressing 3 for the section of online shopping worked minutes before! Awful service!
